The Big Tent is a weekend of celebrations, music, art and creativity which champions the work of the environmental movement and those concerned with the conservation of the living world. A rich and diverse cast of artisans, musicians and performers from all over the world will perform against the beautiful backdrop of Falkland Palace, transforming the normal tranquil, historic Fife village of Falkland into a riot of colour and activity. Headline music acts include King Creosote and the Fence Collective and the Peatbog Faeries. A campsite is added this year as well as a Food Village featuring local and organic. There will also be zones featuring environmental lifestyle, renewable energy, holistic therapies and treatments as well as a fantastic children's area.
