Rural debate

Jim McLaren, president of NFU Scotland will be the keynote speaker at a rural discussion in St Andrews next month. Mr McLaren will address Pagan Osborne & CKD Galbraith's annual rural and business seminar before joining a Q&A sesion for what is expected to be a lively debate. Topical issues are likely to include capital gains tax, land prices and agricultural landlord and tenant issues.
