We had our exercise evening at Rainbows. We started with 'Show and Tell' and our rainbow song. The girl's did some skipping and then we did yoga and finished off with some visualization exercises. The girl's had great fun taking part and hopefully were calm and mellow for their mum's and Dad's by the end of it!

Thank you to Mr Milton who gave us bottles of water for the end of the session. Our last meeting before Easter will be on the 20th March.
