The first in the series of Winter Talks begins on Oct 2nd when Tony Wilson of Fife Coast & Counryside Trust will highlight the development of Birnie & Gaddon Lochs at Collessie, from sand and gravel extraction to an award winning environmental and nationally important wildlife site. Now into its second year this 5K run organised by Fife Athletic Club is flat, fast out and back route on quiet countryside roads. Ideal for setting a personal best! Satish is editor of Resurgence Magazine, which has been described as ‘the artistic and spiritual voice of the green movement’. He is founder and Director of Schumacher College as well as an internationally acclaimed author and speaker. Satish will deliver a lecture that focuses on our lost links with food and the impact it has on climate change.
