Sunny weather brought 45 volunteers out to help Freuchie Community Council with a litter round the village pick last weekend. Thanking all the participants, Chair, Patrick Laughlin said "For the day at least Freuchie is now the cleanest village in Fife." The skip was surprisingly full after removing litter from the roads, paths and verges and debris from the burn. Many plastic bottles and cans being recycled. Volunteers were all treated to an ice cream at the end of a successful morning's work.
