In making preparations for the Centenary of the Scout Group next year, the Executive Committee are inviting members of the public, present and past Members, Leaders and Committee Members to design an appropriate badge to commemorate this special occasion. 

Entries should be handed in to Mr. Peter Southcott, Group Secretary, Lostine Cottage, Dykeside, by 6th October, and a monetary prize will be given to either the outright winner or to persons whose contribution has been partly used in the final badge design.
