Do you have some brilliant photos taken in rural Scotland? Fancy winning a prize? If so, the Rural Gateway website wants to hear from you!

The Rural Gateway shares news, views and information across Scotland's rural communities. We want your photos on anything from snowboarding to music festivals to hedgehogs for our 2008 photo competition. You can enter photos under six themes before 15th December 2008 to be in with a chance of winning Amazon vouchers to spend online.

Norette Ferns, Rural Gateway Editor said, "Our 2007 competition was so popular we decided to make this year's bigger and better. We are really excited to have a special competition for young photographers. The submissions we've had so far have been outstanding, with photographers as young as seven sending us great photos!"

• Going wild in rural Scotland
• Action and adventure in rural Scotland
• Gatherings and happenings in rural Scotland
• Characters and the craic in rural Scotland

Send your photos to editor@ruralgateway.org.uk with your name, age, title of photo, relevant theme and a short description.

First prize is a £50 Amazon voucher, second prize is a £25 Amazon voucher and third prize is a £10 Amazon voucher. We'll be publishing the winners on our website, as well as a gallery of the best submissions.
