Scotland, in fact Fife, has one of the best natural larders in the world, producing quality seafood, lamb, game, dairy, fruit and vegetables all year round.
The Howe is of course farming heartland, with a rich heritage of food and agriculture that has shaped the landscape and the local economy for the last 100 years and more.
As well as quality food producers the Howe is also home to some great food retailers, cafés, farm shops, restaurants and markets. All of which make buying and eating local produce easy peasy.
If you're not a regular consumer of quality local produce, you're missing out!
