New Ladies Fitness Class in Falkland

Lomond United AFC encourage you to start the new year by getting fitter.
Yip, it's not only the players who like to shape up, it's the girls too.
So the team have engaged the help of a female instructor for a new LADIES ONLY fitness class on a Monday evening. 7pm - 8pm at Falkland Village Hall.
Cost £4.00.
Come along and try it out. All levels of fitness welcome
