  1. Christmas Decoration Making

    You've made the cards, nowcome and do some festival decoration using sustainable and recycled products. All materials and refreshments of mince pies, tea/coffee provided.   2. Transition Towns

    Monday, 3rd December, 2007

    All Welcome. Free event. Refreshments provided. Ben Brangwyn, co-founder of the Transition network will be in Falkland to discuss the compelling rationale behind the Transition Network and the growing network of community-led initiatives that are responding to the twin threats of climate change and peak oil. We can do so much more together than we can do alone!

  5. Exhibition by Falkland Art Club

    Monday, 10th December, 2007 — Sunday, 23rd December, 2007

    Admission free. This is a show of recent work by aspiring artists from Sandra Davie's Art Class in Falkland. Beginners and the more advanced are encouraged to try watercolour, acrylics, oil and even some outdoor sketching. Inspiration is taken from elaborate still lifes and secondary resources such as photos from around Fife coastal paths. The exhibition runs until 22 December.
  6. Christmas Concert

    Falkland Palace Christmas concert to get you into the Christmas spirit, featuring The Galloway Consort, and Friends of Wighton, held in the Chapel. Followed by mulled wine and mince pies in the Bakehouse. Price: £8 adults, £5 child/cons.
