Always eager to extend the reach of Howe communications, the Smart Community Fife team are preparing to add new Giffordtown & District pages to the portal.

The purpose of the pages will be to keep residents and visitors informed of local and regional news, and to share with the remainder of the Howe, the busy lives of Giffordtonians!

But first we'd like to hear from anyone living within the boundaries of this community council area who

• runs a local business
• is involved with a local organisation - be it a recreation, education, community or other organisation
• has photos of the area they'd like to share / publish on the site
• knows any interesting history or anecdotes about the community
• would like to be more involved in collecting, updating or writing community content for the portal

When some of the pages are complete, hamleteers will be invited to give feedback at a presentation in the village hall. As with all the other communities on the site, users will be able to register to add their own news, event, business or organisation info to the portal.
