People interested in or affected by, this summer's flooding are invited to attend a talk by Paul Hendy (of the recently established Scottish Flood Forum) who will present on the emotional, human and social impact of flooding. Paul will discuss the impact on flood trauma on victims and the steps thay can take to cope with the high stress levels involved. Organised by the Freuchie Flood Action Group.

Pillars of Hercules occasional restaurant is opening again on Friday nights. Tonight delicious seasonal food will be produced by local chef Christopher Trotter.
