For the fifth of the highly successful 'Letham Nights', on Saturday 2nd May 2009, we bring you The Black Oil Brothers & guests. This 3-piece acoustic delta blues/country/folk band from Chicago – yes, CHICAGO!!! – heard about Letham Nights from across the pond and decided they had to make it part of their UK tour. Their "boot stompin' blues doesn’t need a backline or distortion pedals to make em cook." Don't miss this chance to hear their unique delta sound. Also featuring the Giffordtown based Black Cat Jook Band, long time players on the Scottish blues scene. Entry: £6 / £4 concession; all ages welcome.
