Thanks to everyone who participated in our recent survey. The North Howe Transition Toun's CaRB team invite you to this public meeting to introduce their newly developed 'energy saving' toolkit and talk through the best way to improve the energy efficiency of your home. Our 4 trained Energy Champions will help you reduce your carbon footprint and your energy bills. (We will be posting a copy of the toolkit out to you in the next month, along with a letter explaining which of the measures we think might most suit your home.)

If you can't make this meeting we'll be at Collessie's Victory Hall on Sat 6 Feb 10am-12noon and Letham Village Hall on Sat 20 Feb 10am-12noon.

Our monthly restaurant with chef and local food enthusiast, Christopher Trotter, has become a well established venue for a great Friday night out with good food and live jazz music. The set price menu at £30 is mainly vegetarian with a carnivorous option. Four courses and coffee included. Auchtermuchty Parish Church 

 

The Falkland cricket club is holding a Valentine's Disco on Saturday 13th February in the Community Hall, Falkland, starting at 7.30p.m. until midnight. It's an important event for the club, and the first social evening of our 150th anniversary, so please make the effort to come along!

There will be a live band, 5.41, who have a terrific reputation and following. Tickets are only £5 each, a real bargain, and are available from Danny Caldwell or from any committee member. Note Disco is now BYOB.

This will be a great night, so please be there and encourage as many friends as possible to come too. We look forward to seeing you on the night!
