The Ladybank Festive Committee are a charitable group set up by the old Burgh Council after regionalisation to take over the welfare of the elderly at Christmas time. It is also charged with providing entertainment to the Burgh in the form of activities in the summer. The first ever pageant over 35 years ago was so successful that it has now become an annual event.
