David Mackeen makes unique wooden boxes, towers, bowls and much more from Scottish woods that have been felled due to disease, ageing or coppice (mostly Elm, Burr Elm, Scottish Yew and Beech.)

His work can be viewed and puchased online, or at Fayre Earth gift shop in Falkland. Well known locally, Dave famously produced the cover of Falkland's Big Book, a stunning testament to the history and creativity of Falkland folk through the ages.

The Hollytree workshop is not open to the public, though visits are welcomed by appointment only.
