Falkland's Big Book project began in earnest in May 2007. It aims to record and celebrate Falkland.
The end result will literally be a 'big book' which tells a story about Falkland, its people, landscape and wildlife, past, present and future. That story will be told in pictures, words, maps and sounds, contributed by local people and those from further afield with an interest in Falkland.
Already project co-ordinators Jan and Alan have received some outstanding contributions, and they're always seeking news ideas and themes from those with a story to tell. If you think you would enjoy collecting and creating materials for the Big Book or would like to know more, please contact
