Daftmill Distillery - one of Scotland's newest and smallest malt whisky distilleries. Set in the heart of Fife, we use our own barley, grown at Daftmill Farm, and sparkling water from our own artesian well to produce the finest of malt whiskies. Please be patient however - our whisky is not for sale yet. It is lying quietly maturing in our bond.

Daftmill Distillery is not open to the public - w are a small, working "farm" distillery and we do not have a visitor centre or any suitable facilities. However we may be able to offer a guided tour to certain small interested groups or parties, by appointment.
