About ACC

The Community Centre is home to many clubs and organisations who meet here regularly (see calendar below). It is a voluntary organisation managed by local volunteers. The building is owned by Fife Council and leased to the management committee. The Council provides a grant to assist with the running and staffing costs of the centre, but membership, admissions and fundraising are essential to cover the running costs of the centre.

Facilities include

• a cafe - see Taste Cafe & Takeaway
• hall and meeting rooms for hire (see below for charges)
• photocopying, typing, faxing and laminating services
• books, videos and cards for sale
• 2000 club - monthly cash prize draw - please contact the centre to join.

Vivienne Stewart is the office worker and Gail Fleck is the caretaker. The centre is open throughout the school holidays.

Adult Education

Dave Manderson, Howe of Fife Community Education Officer, is eager to hear from people interested in participating in free adult learning opportunities. Courses are varied in skill and type and range from computing to ways to cut the cost of your food bill! So if you're interested in free adult education please, contact Dave on 01337 827068.  

Room Hire Charges

• Main Hall - suitable for meetings, parties and large events, £10
• GP Room - classes & meetings of up to 40 people, £7.50
• Bird Room - meetings of up to 8 people, £5.50
• Under 5s - Muchty Monkey playgroup rooms, £7.50
• CEW Office - meetings of up to 8 people, £5.50

These prices are per hour for the voluntary sector and members of the community. For commercial rates please contact the centre directly. Please note: there is a lock up fee of £20 on a Sat & Sun after 11pm. If interested in booking, please contact our friendly staff for a tour of the building.

		Muchty Mercat goes down a treat! Muchty held it's 1st summer market in a long while on Sat 12 June at The Cross. Thanks to everyone who came along & helped us raise £400 for the community centre.
		Wool & old mobiles wanted! Pop into the office at Auchtermuchty Community Centre with spare wool and mobiles and help make a difference to many! Plus more on the 2000 club, P1-P4 Arts & crafts club and local events diary.
		Free arts & crafts taster session 16 Feb 10:The Auchtermuchty Community Centre has organised an arts and crafts club for school children from P1-P4. Come along to the free taster session on Monday 1 March from 3.30pm - 4.30pm.
