We would prefer runners to arrange their own pairings where possible (subject to scrutiny so bandits beware!) We especially welcome male and female mixed pairs. If you don't have a partner one will be allocated at registration. The race consists of 4 laps of flat woodland trails in Heatherhall Woods. Each team member will run 2 identical laps of 2 miles. Junior teams may consist of up to four team members with each runner completing one lap (1 mile). All lap split times will be recorded. Please try and arrive at the hall for 11.00am so that team numbers can be allocated before the race begins at 12.00pm. For more info see wesbite. -
