    Tony Wilson, Fife Ranger, leads a guided walk around Birnie and Gaddon Lochs to check out the over-wintering birds. £2 Donation. Meet at Birnie Loch car ark.
  3. Fife Farmers Market - Cupar

    Saturday, 17th January, 2009

    Cupar Farmers’ Market is held on the Third Saturday of every month. Likely producers include Iain Spink (Traditional Smokies From Arbroath), Puddledub Buffalo and Pork, Bellfield Organic Nursery, Caurnie Soap Co, Gartmorn Farm Poultry, Fletchers of Auchtermuchty and Hilton Wild Boar.   4. Devil's Burden Relay Race - Fife Athletic Club

    Saturday, 24th January, 2009

    A relay race over 31 km consisting of 4 legs for teams of 6 (2 legs run in pairs). Registration will take place in the village hall from 8.30am onwards. The race will start at 10.00 am from the main cark at the Village Hall, Falkland. There are limited changing facilities and toilets at the village hall and none at the stage changeovers. After the finish soup and hot drinks will be available from Falkland Village Hall from 12.30 pm to 4.00 pm. For entry forms and more info, see website.
