Community Gathering,  Sat 15 June Collessie Village Hall

Last weekend's Community Gathering in Collessie was a great success with some new interest from the community within the NHTT area. We had lots of new people signing up as members as well as expressing interest in becoming involved in the individual projects.

The informal consultation was followed by a delicious homemade feast provided by members of the food group, so a big thank you to all who contributed. Hamid's presentation and video ‘In Transition' were well received and all agreed that Samadi is a star in the making. Future screenings will be in the calendar soon.

Transition Training

There is still a place available for the Transition training on Sat 4th and Sun 5th July in Forres. This two-day workshop is both a practical and informative introduction to Transition and a powerful personal journey to greater personal resilience.

It weaves together practice and theory, information and experiential, our inner Transition with our outer Transition, and personal and community Transition. The feedback from participants indicates that this two day journey holds key insights, understanding and awarenesses to help them to contribute to the most important journey of our times; the journey to a peaceful and resilient world.

All active members of NHTT are eligible to apply. An active member is currently defined as: Those who live work or operate in the area of NHTT (as outlined by OS maps available) and who regularly attend, and contribute to the work of, an action group.
