The second talk in Falkland Centre for Stewardship's Winter Warmers series. Charlie Clutterbuck is a research fellow at Department of Food Policy, City University and a member of the Food Ethics Council. He'll talk on: "What is Sustainable Food, Why we need it now, and Who should promote it".
