Two intrepid local cyclists, Graeme Drummond from Muchty and Richard Blanchfield of Freuchie have departed on the first leg of their 280-mile journey to the Arc de Triomphe.

Now in its 13th year, the Pedal to Paris charity run is organised by the Royal British Legion, and all proceeds go to the annual Poppy Appeal.
