From Fife Herald,
Monday, 14th July, 2008
A ceilidh was held in Dunshalt Village Hall in aid of Diabetes UK, where a smaller company than usual enjoyed the music of Ian Anderson.
Ron Bissett was MC and sang. Liz Douglas played a selection of tunes on her penny whistle and Des Maryin sang accompanying himself on the guitar.
A buffet was enjoyed and a large rafle drawn. After expenses £304 was raised for Diabetes UK. Thank you to all who bought tickets and gave to the raffle.
