Auchtermuchty and Dunshalt are buzzing with activities generated by a wide range of clubs, societies and organisations.

The Macduff Trust is a voluntary organisation that works to maintain the Auchtermuchty Common ground in good condition for the benefit of the community and visitors to the town. The Trust regularly holds volunteer action days in the summer to cut the willowherb, broom and whin and to pick up litter. If you'd like to help, please watch the events calendar or contact the trust directly. Volunteer help is always appreciated.

Kids if you're bored of school and homework, check out the Air Training Corps, Auchtermuchty Rainbows, Brownies, Beavers, Cubs, Girl Guides or Scouts. All offer lots of new experiences for girls and boys of different ages. Join in and who knows what you could be doing next week.

Entering the third age? Char & Chat meet every Thursday below the Auchtermuchty Town Hall for a catch up. Or perhaps the Auchtermuchty Church Women's Guild the WRI  or the Howe of Fife Ladies Probus Club are more your thing? There's also a Howe of Fife Probus Club who meet regularly at the Auchtermuchty Community Centre and provide a regular meeting point for retired men who appreciate increased social contact.

The Auchtermuchty & Dunshalt Annual Show has run in various forms for over 100 years and is always held on the 1st Saturday in September with classes for all ages.
