The Auchtermuchty Festival has been an annual tradition in Muchty for 29 years - traditional music and family fun for everyone.
The 2010 event runs from the 6th to the 15th August in various venues around the town. The 30th Anniversary of this first class traditional music festival will feature some of the country's best performers. Full details will be posted here as soon as they become available.

Traditional Music Workshops
The Auchtermuchty Festival Society in partnership with Elmwood College, regularly hold traditional music workshops in the Auchtermuchty Town Hall. Workshops offer tuition in guitar, fiddle, tin whistle, mouth organ and accordian. All adults and children from 8 upwards welcome to attend (an adult must accompany children under 10).
